Have you or someone you know experienced
adverse side effects from the COVID-19 vaccination?
This site has been developed and is being maintained for the purpose of informing and educating the public and advocating about issues pertaining to COVID-19 vaccination and in so doing, improving our lives and physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
COVID-19 vaccine safety, efficacy, mandates, and informed consent are among matters of great significance to Canadians and others throughout the world. Health care providers, public health officials, governments, politicians, and media have especially impacted our lives over the last two years.
In order to achieve our goals, community-based research into real-life experiences, perceptions, and opinions about these matters is both necessary and essential. Since this research has yet to be done, we have developed a survey and reporting form to provide members of the public with an opportunity to have their voices be heard in the dialogue pertaining to COVID-19 vaccination.
